The Caretaker – Everywhere at the End of Time

Recently released two days ago, The Caretaker has taken ambient tones into experimenting with a concept album that explores dementia. Everywhere at the End of Time is the first of six new works that seeks to explore six stages of memory loss, and therefore focuses on when dementia first strikes.

Michael Stearns – The Soft Touch of Morning Light

Michael Stearns has been a composer longer than many people have been alive. Focusing on ambient soundscapes and film scores, The Soft Tuuch of Morning Light draws from Stearn’s archival material from the year 1979. This three-track albums was compiled and restored last October and is perfect for fans of classic synth.

I am waiting for you last summer – Mirrors

Combining ambient tones with electronic beats and post rock harmonies, Russia’s I am waiting for you last summer has been putting out great genre bending tunes for five years now. Last year’s Mirrors is an outwardly positive album that’s easy to listen to at any time of day.
